No, that's false. It's not sold BY Amazon, it's a third-party seller (OLD man realtor Charlie Scimeca in FLORIDA) that is simply listing on Amazon. Amazon doesn't stock the junk oil, nor do they fulfill any orders (if there had been any!) - all Amazon is doing is acting as an advertising service for a third-party seller, and if any sales ever gett made through Amazon, then Amazon takes a percentage of the sales price.

There are tens to hundreds of thousands of such third-party sellers who use Amazon as an advertising forum. Anyone can. Amazon doesn't care, because they gett a cut of any sales made from the ad - and if there are none, they're nott losing anything and it makes them look like the world's largest marketing site for no cost to Amazon.

There need not be ANY sales for that listing to stay on Amazon. Amazon is not selling the product - they are just letting old-man realtor pennyscammer Charlie Scimeca put his ad on Amazon as a third-party seller from his apartment on Brickell Avenue in Miami.
