No, what Mr. Woodford could have said if his investigators found no determination of fault by anyone associated with NWBO is that he still fully supported NWBO and their science and would continue to financially support the company. On the other hand, if there was nefarious activity by NWBO being investigated and he found enough evidence to pursue a lawsuit, he could have stated that when NWBO was still worth something on the books and perhaps interfered with the sale of Cognate to some extent. That didn't happen. So that takes us to perhaps nefarious activity still being investigated by an entity or entities other than NWBO. That is where things could get sticky real quick for everyone on the outside who has been involved with NWBO in some way. That includes questions about Mr. Woodford's own relationship with NWBO. Now that might really tie up his reporting of his investigation findings big time for one of 2 reasons. He has something to hide or authorities are asking that he not say anything about his investigation while others are continuing to be investigated. Either of these scenarios places a lid on his investigation results whereas the earlier scenario does not.
