Another thing that niggled me: the five year lockup. Why have a five year lockup? Probably lots of reasons, but the one my paranoia comes up with is: to keep the number of curious, question-asking shareholders to a minimum for at least 5 years.

Is anything niggling you, Tim? 6% is a pretty small investment percentage to allocate here, given your research and perspective.
