I have thought Jimmy was more concerned with being in China and working the system over there, was more important to him that moving the company up. They stated last fall in some release the appointment of an independent board member. This would be the first step in an up listing. It is time they did something along these lines.

I also think the service fees on some of the things they have been doing should show up in the financials. Just my thoughts.
