I am not here to defend anyone. I say things as I see them from my point of view which has been that Joey has a great concept but he is not a great CEO and has a flawed personality. Phil on the other hand is a great CEO and a great person. However by constantly reinforcing the weaknesses and not at all on the strengths does no good. Why blame him for who he is as a person. He's only human like the rest of us. Can you truly say we are perfect in all regards. At least he had a vision to improve the lives of kids worldwide and had the courage to follow through on it. How many of us have touched so many peoples lives in a positive way? Can we truly say we are better than Joey? We should introspect more before pointing fingers at others. Let's also give credit where due instead of only looking at one side of the coin.
