Not only is the claim baseless ...

With $STSC -He has been making the same type claims since this stock was in the trips. And he’s been wrong since then. What if Brickner doesn’t even have anything to do with what’s coming into this shell? He certainly doesn’t own HCH! Brown does.

So it a shame that literally one retail shareholder depressed the stock pps successfully today was timing when they threw a huge lot of shares up.

That retail game is a joke. I will take those 650k shares on Monday. If that retail fool leaves them up. They put them up at 355pm to stymie the stock pps. That’s actually manipulation - and it’s a shame. They can have their way for one session.

That all being said - I have looked into the last two claims against Brickner.

He was PROVEN NOT GUILTY in the last case for all serious violations. He ended with Guilty on a speeding ticket. When one looks further at the case in appears he face is no violations that are active. Now again there is not one claim in this due diligence that states that Brickner or Omni elite will be a part of this company wants to change his hands to new management

TODAY was easily tending north and someone who likely sold their shares thinking they had some more time here - Will find that they will have to pay a premium next week as yet again the VWAP is far higher than the current closing price. That’s right. Almost all shares today - 3 mil were bought above the closing price. Above it.

Looks like I will be planting both feet here all weekend and Monday as this one is about to go up 50-100% next week IMO- minimum ;)
