$ONCS Buy volume and "?" volume are roughly equal with ? volume having a slight edge. I've noticed many transactions at 1.295 go through. As this is the midpoint between 1.29 and 1.30, this results in the transaction being marked with a "?."

I do not believe ordinary traders, i.e., retail, can trade three digits out from the decimal point. This is the work of the MMs who are unloading/loading for a "tute." (When there's a buyer, there also needs to be a seller and vice versa.)

As there has been no pps tankage or spike, I would have to think that the MMs are controlling the unload/load action.
