It means they can't launch something like this without a major marketing plan, powerhouse branding/publicity/advertising firms to execute the plan and millions of dollars to implement the plan.

Anyone who thinks the 4 person staff at HHSE can pull this off using the blog, Facebook and a wire service will be very disappointed by the outcome.
