If this was a scam, there would be far more dilution and insiders dumping. The CEO would not be risking his own assets to prevent dilution... He would be taking money out, not puttin it in.

Posting the "scam" word every day does not make it factual. AMFE is not perfect but there is nothing that supports the "scam" claim. I have studied thousands of penny stocks, i know better...

... but sadly, some newbies might not.
