IMO THEY DO CARE!! THEY FILED 10K, this cost them a chunk of money. There's no way they will not file 10K for 2017 and get current because they FILED 10K for 2016!!!!

A company is not gonna spend that amount of money to file and NOT go forward to getting current. J.M.O.!!! GO HCTI GO!
