Most people who pay those ridiculous warranties are mostly younger folks buying for mom and pop oldsters and may not even know that much themselves.
I use to sell computers in department stores and those were 80 percent of my warranty sales. I was always in trouble for not pushing them. I only sold them when asked, which is opposite of what the boss requires. lol
