You're welcome. As for VCPS' future, I am unsure. I'm curious if VCPS will try to distance themselves from Zouvas or not because of this indictment...

The only delisting VCPS can get is if the stock is suspended and ends up on the Grey Market. But that's only if the SEC gets involved and investigates VCPS.

Maybe someone can offer more insight on this situation, because this is not my expertise. GLTA.
