GNCC - Attorney stated, "all" Filings submitted July 5th. Should post before months end, if not sooner. Company will PR once all filings hit. Everything FINRA has requested has now been completed.

This deal will be the biggest MJ based operation in the country when completed. Construction on the 6,000,000 sq.ft. facility was started in march of 2017. It is in the end stages of completion at this point.
