$UPZS Sure is smh. Asked this company about a RS a few days ago and they said "As far as a reverse split it may be necessary for the company to move forward with a reverse split to achieve the goal of an S1 filing and become fully reporting. If the company were to do a r/s it would only be negative to the Shareholders if the stock price decrease considerably afterwards, if there were an S1 filling, audited financials, uplisting to a higher board, acquisitions and a lot of great company success the stock price would continue to grow."

I don't do RS and all that trash and told the company as much. Other investors can take what UPZS said and what I am about to say below and run with it if they so choose but I don't do RS. <--- Wow looky there, thoth aint vowler or brewer. Ooo and idk wtf he meant by the stock price will continue to grow because the price has been going down for years. I liked this company a lot based on the recent disclosures and what not but I just don't do RS. He should have let it grow organically if he truly believed in his company. The SS isn't even bad for a trip zero stock.

Furthermore, why in the F would a company do a RS while they are being attacked on social media by an ex employee who was already causing all sorts of doubt in investors minds? Doesn't this just give credence to that sort of behavior? Makes no sense and surely seems like Vowler doesn't have us shareholders best interest in mind.
