U.S. Cannabis Policy Slow To Evolve .....

I see cannabis-hemp policy in the States evolving slowly due to the nature of the "system" ..... which appears to be a "protectionist" orientation compared to the way the government of Dubai behaves ..... for instance ..... while the U.S. strategy constrains growth by allowing "elite special interests" to "run the show" ..... and the Dubai approach encourages "maximum Corporate freedom" by not pushing a multitude of regulatory hurdles into the lap of Corporations .....

I gained a great deal of insight by taking an hour to absorb this series of documented commentary produced by CNN about the exponential technological growth happening in Dubai over the last 50 years ..... Any reasonably smart eighth-grader can see where the "cutting-edge" of our planetary future is heading ..... And who the dominant player will logically become ..... if unforeseen obstruction does not get in the way .....

I suspect the U.S. will feel compelled to shift their Cannabis-Hemp orientation after they are surrounded by more "forward-thinking" countries ..... Mexico's Lopez Obrador appears ready to make new cannabis-hemp change ..... and many Carribean Island countries seem willing to re-think prohibitionist policy .....

Personally ..... I believe the big holdup with cannabis-hemp policy change has been due to the misguided Nixon-era CSA ..... and likely ..... more so ..... related to the Federal patent issued for CBD which will expire in 2019 ..... Seemingly ..... the Fed will be able to legally claim ownership for all groundbreaking research they have been involved with ..... and they allegedly pumped a lot of capital into cannabis research focused in Israel ..... Few people seem to give these issues much thought .....

Impossible to say exactly where $RIGH may be headed ..... It could be "Boom or Bust !!! " ..... Opportunity exists !!! ..... Of course ..... everyone has an opinion !!! .....
