K'D-actually--Joe-was- -replying with the time frames and deadlines for release of fin"s to us.
However One of the replies on fins- time frame for release took a day and a half.. To hear back and it took - several emails. This time the words several days was given as the deadline which in dictionaries says it means un- specified amount of days --this may have seemed like he waited for approval to some.. avoiding any new questions.
..At least four times in fact 'including waiting periods
as ( mis- information ).
Joe may have had a possible legal issue if there was a question brought that the replies not meeting the deadline given may have been cause for holders loss or at least would be defended.
Point here is Hugo was aware that public relations can not be misleading when replying with deadlines on reporting fin's- or asking attorney he could point out- to separate and terminate the contract if this occured.

Point here : It is apparent Joe seems secure and probably has a good relationship with his Boss..
However .. the possibility is that Hugo is the one that approves and-
replies being the last word.

On April 1st- my reply email from Joe wa fin's are done 'already --and in this reply it also that included there was a complaint to the s.e.c.'-to stop all naked shorting and Joe also wrote that they are noticing that flippers are tagging along with Cdel' he said "making things worse" and--both were a concern.
There was another reply posted soon after and , by someone saying the fin"s for 2017 'per- Joe were already done..
That is also -interesting 82nd it may have been Joe had *not checked with Hugo-( First ) on what to write
..Since that time going foward-- the time deadlines were not met and now a 5th- reply from Joe has people watching as to what happens next.
Hugo -may a be watching at the sideline with his his' silence by not sending us any-type of
message to stockholders.
.. Some People have different standards and there also who some people have thought its better to simply * say nothing--than to be remembered as being misleading especially in his position..
Hugo may one day want to be 100 percent with replies but has to ..step up to the plate and hopefully show it from now on..

This is only one opinion there are others 'posting with effort to stay with history and not to spin it.. Its not being pesimistic or sarcastic just going by history I like optimism and am ..watching for events going foward ..GLTA..
