"I would love it if someone here with more experience than me in these types of scenarios, could share examples of stocks that jumped to a $1 with Shares Issued at 6.5 Billion? Or just the the fact the float is Over 4 Billion. Can a stock move substantially with that many shares available & no Institutional Investors able to purchase? I see some of you here claiming a dollar or more yet my gut says you are selling by .0005 or around there."

Was not looking but stumbled upon this today.
APR*U: Here is an example of a stock with 50 BILLION (yes 50 billion) Authorized shares and 4.8 Billion Outstanding shares. It was at a low of .0001 July 2017 and peaked at .06 at the beginning of June of this year. I don't know it's story...just looked at the chart. There are plenty other examples of stocks with SS in the billions that have made nice moves, just have to look for them. Trader53 talks about them all the time.

So yes, agree with The Prophetic One and others, with the current share structure of PNOW, going to a dollar is not realistic. Going to multiple pennies like APR*U...maybe. One thing for sure for me personally is I will NOT be selling at .0005 as you mentioned. That I can promise you. Way too much upside potential here...

That being said as I am sure you know we are expecting huge news out on PNOW audited financials anytime now. If there is a hint of a substantial share buy back plan along with the audit then YES this stock could certainly go to $1.00 or more IMHO but admit it would be a long shot. This is a sub-penny stock and ANYTHING could happen!!! Could go up some, crash or go to the moon. Who knows but wherever it goes I like my odds and I am hanging on for the PNOW ride!!
