DIET (Down 17 lbs since 6/20 so far smile see below :

For Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs and a healthy blueberry drink, no bread or meat...

Lunch: salad with boiled egg, green red peppers, tomatoes, black beans...

Dinner: Meat and a veggie....no bread...

Have eliminated my 3 liter a day diet coke habit past 20 yrs, down to maybe one 20 ounce diet coke a week and drinking a gallon of water a day.....YUCK!!!!! But doing it.....water is getting a lil better to deal with I think, lol.....


NO PASTA....NO POTATOE....NO BREAD.....

So far so good in that area......trying......
