Not sure about reasonable, but there were factors

I'm not sure why FINRA held this up, but the SEC approved the spin a while ago. All I've heard is that there was a delay in paperwork and Verus took over the process.

I do think Monaker wants to convert and could be out of RBIZ at this point. I highly doubt that they want to own shares in a food business given their core business is in software/technology.

Anyways, looks like we're finally getting a critical domino to fall. August could be very interesting.
