This is a real company making a turnaround after completing annoying litigation. After the spin-off the company will be well positioned for non dilutive financing for its $109M backlog. They also said that the conversion should be over or nearly over given all the dollar volume.

IR that represents $RBIZ normally represents much larger companies on the big boards.
