Side vent: I own most of that open interest in July 15’s, as well. I suppose that I KNOW it will never trade above 15, in five days. But, I can’t stand the market makers that sell em at .02! With five (or 15 days to go, whatever, however much out of the money)... 02??? I bought more in the last day or two. I KNOW it can’t be above 15. But...it can. The arrogance of the dudes that sell em, with certitude, for so little profit compared to so much risk. I can see em in their philly office, playing crossword puzzles, making free money. I buy em out of spite. Do they win, yes, all the time, till they don’t.
