The Company intends to offer its KLK cryptotokens to the public
As previously announced, the Company intends to offer its KLK cryptotokens to the public in an offering to be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, for the purpose of raising up to $100 million in proceeds to further develop our KlickZie trusted imaging technology and our KlickZie high speed zChain blockchain in support of a KLK-based crypto transaction ecosystem.
The proposed offering will take place as soon as practicable upon effectiveness of a registration statement to be filed with the SEC. We can give no assurance that the registration statement will ever be effective or that the proposed offering will take place as anticipated or at all.

Two separate statements I was speaking to MONTHS ago about tokens as a security.
1st- They can sell to the private rich white guy club, same issue that Kodak had.
2nd- Same as Kodak … the public offering will fail. I'd note in the first statement they say they will do it. In the second, not so much.
3rd- Any bagholders notice they aint talking about your KLK dividend anymore?
