$IDVV By establishing a subsidiary in Canada, International Endeavors Corporation gets a better chance to avoid problems that arise from the ongoing tariff war between the United States and Canada. The uncertainty of the future of North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) will have less impact on International Endeavors Corporation because through its subsidiary in Canada the company can produce the OGGL there for nationwide distribution in Canada.
