Thinking out loud. FINRA??? Float around 2Bish. So actual shares out is 7B with the A/S and yes there are restricted shares as well. FINRA must approve the R/S so they look at those #'s of actual shares out there and then see that IFXY only has 400M due to a reduction on 6/21.2018 So when a clerk looks at this and sees #'s don't jive. May cause confusion. But I am sure DD masters you speak of have seen this already and have some kind of spin ready.
