Have you already hired an attorney and been advised that there is a strong chance of winning? Or in the alternative, what did the attorney say?

If you haven't consulted an attorney yet, you may be getting false hopes up (about as false as hoping EGOH will actually turn into a real company with real products that will give real value to its stock).

As an aside, I was once in another stinky pink that WAS suspended on the day it issued a PR that I am sure would have made the stock price jump from .0001 to something substantial (at least in the .00x's, if not up to .0x's).

No behind the scenes info was released to reveal that the SEC had given the company any warnings about suspension unless it got its act together. On its face, it looked like the company was more on the up-and-up than EGOH has ever been. However, it's probably true that the suspension didn't come as a surprise to the company itself.

It seems to me that EGOH has already given the SEC many chances to suspend it. I have always wondered why it hasn't been suspended already. Good luck in getting satisfaction in seeing EGOH get stuck by the SEC the way EGOH has stuck it to its stock holders.
