Reg A will take many many months to complete imo. In the meantime company won’t be able to execute on much if you make yourself familiar with the process. It may see a pop, but I’m sure I’ll have plenty of time to buy the dip after the rumor pump. Noticed that happened with another Reg A stock recently.
