for a company that doesn't have a marketable product, has a product that has failed every beta test it has ever been subjected to, that was designed by a company that doesn't have an office, uses a P.O. Box as its only address, is run by a CEO who is totally incompetent and who has stolen all of his own company's money (at least $35 million), has been driving his company into the ground for "18" years with no end in sight, and is secretly living high on the hog somewhere in Switzerland on our money?
