My guess? The company is a shell. The stocks are plastic chips with nothing backing them up. Btgi will either fade away, drown in lawsuits, fines and penalties, or a last pump with 5 billion shares pumped to some unsuspecting investors to pay off the insiders and head back to the northeast to pollute that part of the country.
