Sorry for not responding to you right away. I have been on vacation and just returned yesterday. Ralph Mann has no further control or ownership of Lake Trop LLC. MPTV controls 100% of Lake Trop LLC. I understand that MPTV is negotiating to continue Serena Riedel's services, but not Realseanse?
Serena has done a fabulous job for MPTV, but she may not be continuing with Realsense. Yes, MPTV is negotiating with a primary acquisition target.
