Unable to comply as you wish inasmuch as conditions affecting various investment arenas are subject to dynamic changes. Tax law changes, the lifting of stringent controls on banks and much more, of course---it adds up to swiftly changing circumstances affecting a broadly based market.

In terms of REITs, you probably know more than I do. Sure, I'm very familiar with how banks and especially market makers operate behind the scene, but I'm not an authority beyond this when it comes to REITs.

Your board moderator here is outstanding. I find it unusual that such a highly qualified individual will be available to folks on a message board.

My compensation is my business only, I have never shared that information. However, I can tell you that an IR individual will usually start out at a base salary of about $80,000/yr. plus warrants. My setup was such that I received "cashless" warrants with a 3 year expiry. This meant that I didn't have to think about coming up with cash to convert to commons. It also let me accumulate equity without any strings attached. I paid nothing for those warrants.

I have never---not ever shorted any stock. I'm just not wired that way. There's plenty of opportunity to make money without betting against the welfare of others.

IR people always have access to others employed by the company. When I needed quantities of materials to be printed, secretaries took care of that at my direction. Mailings of those materials worked the same way. In each of my cases I was a vice president. As such, I (immediately) answered to the President and/or CEO as the case might be. Following the completion of press releases, I brought these to the President/CEO for approval. Once everything was declared OK, he would then submit the material to the Chairman. The Chairman then would decide on anything questionable, sending it back to the CEO and then me for changes. Finally, after the final draft was acceptable to upper management, my writing would go to "Legal." I'm sure that's self-explanatory. From there it went to the newswire service and would scoot around the world.

Investor Relations is a fascinating world with many aspects of interest to investors. IR guys meet regularly with company-connected banking officials, labor officials---especially when "local content" is involved. This is a reference to utilization of local employment needs when your company does a lot of business in foreign lands. "Content" refers to putting indigenous people to work and is extremely important in terms of Investor Relations.

I hope this helps others better understand part of the process.
