You certainly aren’t neutral here. He’s called the last few frauds I’ve followed on here so he certainly has more credibility than yourself. Calling a scam a scam doesn’t mean you’re wrong just because it’s negative. This appears to be more of the same.

A random pumper comes in, tries to polish the turd of a company with a worthless patent, millions of debt and few assets which appear to be dwindling away. Tries to renew interest, get a pump going, take out toxic loans, dilute, enrich themselves then disappear.

Common them with this company, what is the new ceo doing that’s going to change this trend? Nothing publicly available thus far, and if he’s telling you things on the phone that’s a bigger issue...
