Damn, PC, I was wrong again. BRK.b shares have 1/1500 the economic interest, but 1/10,000 the voting power of a BRK.a share. Not simple.

I'd love to get to Omaha for the SHM (and the College Baseball World Series). But it's really hard to get there from where I live.

Note that doc says "February 2, 1999 Updated July 3, 2003 and on January 20, 2010." Wonder how it changed? Maybe I was correct at one time but out of date now.
