I hate to repeat what others have posted, on MORE than one occasion; but what the heck:

filings are out of date - they need to get current

reportedly a new group of managers is onboard

reportedly a retirement of shares to FOLLOW - not precede but follow

and all of this hinges on some court stuff

hoping for something to happen this week, then being disappointed that it doesn't is a self imposed wound.

It's July...walk away and have some fun with family and friends...personally, I think this will happen but I don't expect it to happen on YOUR time frame...hold it if you have the patience or dump it if you don't. Your call.
