OTCX is just a pesky algorithm. Once that algo is out of shares, he drops to the bid to reacquire shares to put on the ask. That algo can be manipulated by undercutting him multiple times, causing him to drop his bid, then "take his shares" after pushing him down. Like I just did.

The series A shares just tell me things are in the works, and addresses forward operating expenses, as I understand. Its a good sign to see.

Should see Filings any time. Hoping they drop a nice MJ company in this.
