Your expert even admitted it! Case closed. The judges will not waste any more of the courts time with this patent troll. Don't worry though! As long as PTSC has a some money left expect them to appeal all the way to the Supreme Court so the board and management can continue to collect a paycheck! Snicker. In my opinion.
