Interesting on the arbitrage, saw that there was no mechanism to keep A shares from being at a discount to B's up until around 2010

I always thought A's should sell at a discount to B's ,

... you'd pay for the "convenience" of not having to shell out $183k for a share.

Kind of like buying a single beer or buying a case?


Bit strange, and I still dont understand why B sells at a discount, especially since with Berkshire the voting rights dont matter a whole lot.
