Does it matter? INTC is cheap: INTC price/cash flow is VERY low, below 10.


Careful with casflow in case of Intel. From that cash flow, they have to pay for the expensive new equipment of their fabs. In the last quarters, Intel generated about 6-7bln in operating cash flow, had a CAPEX of about 3-4bln, which makes it about 3bln of free cash flow. Half of that is spent as dividends. So, about 1,5bln per quarter is Intel's headroom for increasing costs for fabs and new processes and growing competition from AMD.
