Do you know this for a fact, or are you just guessing? I believe there was an 8K put out not too long ago, that discussed convertible notes maturing. I would suspect that the current shorters are these debt holders trying to get low prices for their converts, which are most likely discounted as well. Must be why the nay-sayers are so noisy lately.
