This “Chain Valley” thing is ambitious. West Hartford and the surrounding area is not prepared infra-structurally for the kind of power consumption that they’re going to need. I hope that is part of the $238 million price tag. The campus itself is going to need to be torn all the way down to make it environmentally safe again. I envision something like the Nike World campus in Beaverton, Oregon would be what arises out of this. That would be the best case scenario, development wise.
