UDFIFV detailed two investments in its Prospectus Supplement no. 4: Shahan Prairie (Oak Point, Denton County, Texas) $18 million and Prosper 236 (Prosper, Collin County, Texas) $9.5 million.
The Mehrdad Moayedi Affidavit stated that Centurion American sold six developments to DR Horton in 2016: Regatta, Shahan Prairie, Sinclair, Southern Colony, Travis Ranch and Williamsburg. In addition, the affidavit went on to state "Centurion's loan balance with UDF steadily decreased since the anonymous posts".
Since no 8-K was filed detailing that UDFI had any impairments, we must assume that Centurion American paid the Shahan Prairie loan and others were off with little to no loss of principal.
If Centurion American paid down/paid off its loans, there was no longer a smoking gun.
