From your post: in the next week or so they will be in talks with ALB (Albemarle), according to Leo, they "want to consolidate the Clayton valley project". What it sounds like to me is they would like a JV with ALB in Clayton valley. They would like to get the 60%ish lithium extraction efficiency that ALB is at to the 90% range using their (PEMIF's) new technology.
No way any PR person is going to reveal this kind of information. Plus, at the current share price of PEMIF, they would be losing quite a bit to take on anything that ALB offers.
