Hi J,
They bought 6,000 shares today below the ask again. I haven't been buying for about a week now. When this happens I just take a small of amount of money say $50. Break it into (2) $25.00 purchases. I am aware that you might have a broker's fee for every buy or sell order you place. I make my initial purchases small and use them as sacrificial lambs knowing the riggers will come back in at some point and knock it down again. I pay 6.95 per order with TD Ameritrade and consider it money well spent while the price of this stock remains so low. After you know you have caught the attention of the riggers which will be evidenced by them coming in and knocking it down make the decision on how much stock you wish to purchase with the remainder of the cash you have allocated. I have found recently that if I go higher than say 10,000 shares or so the order doesn't get filled at one time and may take the rest of the day to get filled. That being said you need to bear in mind that this creates volatility in this stock and shows interest by those other than the "strong hands" in the minds of the riggers. My main purpose by employing this strategy was to keep a small heartbeat going in the stock action ensuring I could buy a lot at around .02. I was used to buying at .08 and higher for a long time. After much thought I realized that the .02 price area is just too cheap to be concerned with the 6.95 transaction fee per order I pay. You get so much bang for your buck that it is almost inconsequential. Please remember to just place a small order and get the stock's heart beating again and wait on it. After you place a few small orders do not place larger orders on the same day. The ASK will go up after you make those small purchases. Wait on it to come down for a day or so to see how spooked the riggers are. They may come back in several days in a row depending on threatened they feel. Let me synopsize this whole strategy for you.
1. Tranactions fees and small purchase orders are merely bait to shake the riggers back into action.
2. Be patient and watch to see if the price moves low enough for you to make a move on some larger orders.
3. At around the .02 level I kept my "bigger" orders to around 10,000 shares per order. When I have placed bigger orders they almost always were never completely filled on that trading day. I only place day orders bc the "keep open until filled" option has never resulted in the order getting completely filled anyway.
4. Dont spend your whole bundle in one day or 2 days. What I have noticed is that if the riggers get too spooked they will simply front run your orders and could care less that its so obvious.
5. I have kept the stock's activity chart moving over the past 18 months by not hitting the purchases so hard all at one time. Remember that the riggers are only concerned that the stock price doesn't rise enough to attract interest.
6. I was able to purchase around 150,000 shares in the last month by playing with them this way. My real motive was to make sure the rigger's helped me keep out the weak speculators and let the stock fall into the stronger hands who deserve it.
You cant time this strategy perfectly and you can never know when the riggers will just go away. Up to this point they have been relentless.
Just remember that being able to buy at around the .02 level give or take a half cent on either side will increase your position nicely. You might decide to just go right in and place a huge order and see how it goes. What I have outlined has been my experience so far and is subject to change. One final note. One day early last week I saw that someone purchased 20 shares at .01. If you have to pay a transaction fee of let's say 6.95 why would you waste it to buy 20 cents worth of stock ? Maybe the riggers were short on cash that day or something smile J pls know that I am not encouraging anyone to buy this stock unless they can afford to lose the money. I've held Hellix for over 6 years and am in for the long haul. Best wishes.
