Just for fun, why would a CEO keep this quiet?

Do transfer agents make money if a ticker is being traded?

If this were to be a shell, wouldn't it be mentioned somewhere on the otc website?

If this is not a shell, I'm not sure I understand what it is. Even if it had some value because of the 21% of 14M$ and the real estate... why would it still remain a public company?
