NSPR has already crashed to a New 52-week low $0.2201 today which is significantly below the new offering price $0.3! So the Biggest Pos Scam and Giant Diluting Machine will further crash to $0.121 again as it did before the most recent huge R/S! Sell ASAP before it is too late... The crap CEO should be sent to the jail forever! He is the most crucial animal in the world! How could he sleep well to put all the yesterday's $0.7524 ~ $0.6277 investors in the Deep Deep Unrecoverable Losses? Because even the strongest bouncing rally like this January 8's After-Hour session NSPR can only bounce to $0.6276 based on the same percentage bouncing calculation! All the investors before today should work together and sue the crap CEO for the Giant losses and let the SEC ban this bastard from working for any public firm...

How could he lower the offering price from yesterday's $0.96 a share to today's $0.3 a share which is 68.75% Giant price cut? So he has lied to the investing public to have cheated all the innocent investors before today who believed what he said in yesterday's public filing ( see the official link below) and the offering price would be $0.96 a share!
