Yep good point vf. Its not just what is seen thats important with these otc frauds.
Its what is NOT seen that makes the difference between getting fleeced or remaining whole.
This shom fraud for example was all about what interim ceo miguel dotres hid from the public for his own personal financial gain that was the reason for everything. The false press release and the circus that followed was just a convenient error that lead to its meltdown. Otherwise imo dotres’s dirty deed would have gone off undetected.
