PUF HALT EXPLAINED
When FINRA {Financial Industry Regulatory Authority} Issues a 'U1' regulatory halt they leave it up to the company to release news explaining the situation. FINRA simply cannot issue news each time giving details of each halt. The company is notified and its up to them whether or not the want to release news with the ugly details. This is why many companies are still halted after years fo being on the list...it is day 3 for PUF and there is not any good news coming period. This is a list of current U1 halts that can last for year...you can also scroll you mouse over the "info" icon above the code list and you will see this is a regulatory halt.
