Maybe that’s who’s BUYING, driving the price UP
Remember, closing a short position is a BUY (of course you know that). When a price unexpectedly goes up that often a forces shorts to cover (BUY TO COVER) at higher prices to avoid big losses. Contrary to amateurish urban legends, shorting stocks doesn’t drive prices down and can add serious firepower to a rally.

What drives a stock down is when a company dilutes shares counts to 20,000,000,000 shares, most of which are held by insiders who will indiscriminately sell into the bid. That kind of selling kills stocks.

I say bring on the shorts, ESPECIALLY AT THIS LEVEL.
Here’s why:
Shorts entering above .004 could easily get trapped if VAPE pops 50-100%, forcing a short covering rally (again, BUYING to cover). That short covering could thrust VAPE into pennyland.
On the other hand, maybe VAPE goes down to the .003 gap I have often mentioned. With a .001 paper profit, short holders will be itching to cover (again, BUY) to lock those profits. I plan to buy if VAPE hits .003 and if shorts cover there (again, BUY!), VAPE could rebound strong.

Always remember, shorts have to cover (BUY!!!). Either way, up or down, bring on the short positions.
