Who knows what that dude is up to and who cares? He’s done enough damage to American Green’s reputation, and his own.

Shearin committed some serious fraud on behalf of American Green. The most serious legal violations by Shearin were the following:

Track X, OG Tea, and Truth Lighting “acquisitions” - the PRs were not statements of intent, Shearin and American Green stated in no uncertain terms that these companies were acquired when it just plain didn’t happen. At best, there were tenuous verbal agreements to sell certain products on behalf of the companies but in no way did American Green ever acquire the whole properties or companies. Shearin even followed the lies up with announcements about “OG Tea revenues double” as if that affected AG or ERBB in any way.

The Zazzz saga was also grossly misrepresented, just as the current AGM saga appears to be dead (except for some truly baseless speculation that I won’t even bother to address because it’s so ridiculous). Shearin lied about shops that supposedly had Zazzz machines, going so far as to set up a phony Zazzz website that falsely listed dispensary names where Zazzz was (not) located.

Dude belongs on trial for securities frUd and I’d love to testify with what I know
