The ridiculous share count here needs to be addressed.
The shares promised to shareholders of record from 12/31/17 needs to be addressed immediately.
The lack of communication, the lies, the deceitful, underhanded, unprofessional, immature management needs to be addressed.

Basically this needs to be blown up. Restarted with a new name, new CEO, and a new board. Then you can attract new investors.
