Dalrada Financial Establishes New Subsidiary

SAN DIEGO, June 28, 2018

SAN DIEGO, June 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Dalrada Financial Corp. (OTC Pink: DFCO) has created a new subsidiary, Dalrada Precision Corp., to become the marketing arm of the corporation. Dalrada Precision will facilitate sales through previously established and new sales channel. The company will provide Management Services to other corporations by finding sourcing solutions.

In April, Dalrada Financial Corporation announced that it was current in all regulatory findings. The new corporation is the first of new ventures that DFCO is creating.
